Retro Apron

This post is part of a month long series called 'Pattern Makeover Month.' I took a simple a-line, peasant dress and 'made-it-over' into many different styles. For more information, go here.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Has the apron bug caught you yet?

If so, you HAVE to have one of Leila and Ben's Retro Apron Patterns.

Too cute!

And what is the perfect shirt for showing off your cute little apron?

Why a modified Sweet Dress, of course!

For this version, I simply cut the dress shorter (about 12M length for my 5 year old). I also left the sleeves flutter style by not making a casing at the bottom.

Hmmmm.

I think I need one of those cute aprons. . .
