So You Think You Can Quilt

Okay, my friends, this is really going to happen! I am so excited. I have already met several new quilty friends that have some AMAZING quilts! The hardest part of all of this is going to be eliminating someone each month.

But-- I still need some more contestants! PLEASE, PLEASE play with us! It will be so much fun! If you are interested, send me an email at leiselp@gmail.com with your name, blog (if you have one), and pictures of five of your favorite/best quilts. Here are all the details again:

The Rules:

Each contestants will make one quilt, baby size (approx. 36" x 36") or larger each month (22nd of month until 15th of the next month) until he/she is eliminated. Each month will have a specific theme, which each contestant can interpret however they wish. On the 15th of each month, the quilts will be listed here, on Brown Paper Packages annonymously. They will be voted on by anyone who visits this blog for the next week. The person with the least votes on the 22nd of the month will be eliminated and the rest will start their next quilt.

Play-Along:

If you choose not to be a contestant or don't make the cut, you can still play-along. Each 'Reveal Week' I will also have a way for you to link a submission with the month's theme. I will pick a favorite from the 'Play-Along' list to highlight and, who knows? There just may be some prizes involved, too!

I figured out how to make a button tonight (hooray for me!), so everyone grab a button! (You can find it on the left side bar.)

Congratulations on conquering new skills!

I would love to play along, but my plate is full, full, full! Ratz!

You can bet I'm watching closely though!

Can I buy quilts and enter them in? :)

Crap. I'm brooke, not Ryan.

This crazy tempting. But I have never quilted before. Do you have to have five previous quilts finished before entering?
