For auction #1, I will make a dress using the As You Like It pattern and an upcycled sheet. You can pick the size, from 2T to girls size 8. The bottom of the dress will be made like the one pictured, using a circle skirt with bias trim on the bottom. The sheet I will use is a light yellow color with bits of orange and green (picture of the exact sheet will come later!).
And of course, no dress would be complete without a matching headband.
If you are interested in getting one of these for your little princess, leave a comment with your name, a contact email and the price you would be willing to pay. By leaving a comment, you are committing to purchase the item, should you be the highest bidder.
The auction will run until Thursday evening. The commenter with the highest bid price will win the dress. I will make the dress in the next two weeks and send it to the winner. Easy, peasy, right? And remember, ALL of the money goes to help Japan, so spread the word.
