Wardrobe Wednesday #19

Huh. . . How long has it been since I did one of these?

Far too long!  I am dying to see what you all made around the holidays!

But first, here is something I whipped up a while ago.

My little sister just had her first baby-- a boy.  And if you have been around for a while, you know my feelings on boys.  I haven't a clue what to make for them!  My world consists of princesses and pink and lace.

Out to prove me wrong, my sister asked for some long johns for little Max and his cousin.

I have always thought that making baby jammies would be much more work than it was worth.  Turns out it was really fun, once I actually sat down and did it!  The only thing I didn't enjoy was putting in all those gripper snaps.

What cuties!

So, what have you been working on?  Link it up!

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

** Needs to be something that is part of your/your kids wardrobe that YOU created.

** Link to your specific blog post, not just the main blog site.

** If you don't have a blog, link to your flickr pic and if you don't have a flickr account, you can email me your picture and I will add it for you.

** If you link up, you are giving me permission to feature your picture on my blog if I so choose.

Your jammies are so cute, I love making little jammies--and you can make little boys all kinds of fun coveralls, jumpsuits, over-alls, short sets, pant sets, jackets. It's just as fun as girls. A tip on the snaps--purchase a pair of snap pliers, so much easier than the snap gadget that you hit with a hammer.
