S4S- Clothing, Part 2

As much as I love creating some of my own designs, I certainly can't help adoring others creations and wanting to create my own version.


Here is a FREE (yes, FREE!!!) pattern from Oliver + S: The Ruffled Halter.
Super simple, well explained and adorable!

Just be prepared to print LOTS and LOTS of pages!



Add a little bolero, like the one at Make It and Love It.


Or, if you have a copy of Sewing Clothes Kids Love, whip up one these jackets:


And then you have an outfit that costs not much (use your stash) that is school ready AND fun for the spring, as well.

I keep hearing great things about that book, putting it on my Christmas list! Absolutely love that ruffled tank as well, adorable.
